What We Saw
About the Resort
The Casa Dorada features a restaurant overlooking the Sea of Cortez,
a nice pool, beach lounge area, and spa and fitness center, and a
perfect location within Cabo San Lucas. There are bars and
restaurants on the beach; kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, and water taxis
just yards from the resort.

We kayaked to the arch and snorkeled near Lover's Beach. We road
ATV's on the Pacific side of the Baja, swam with dolphins, and enjoyed
the night life at places like Cabo Wabo. We found local restaurants
that served Tacos al Pastor and we also discovered a Ruth's Chris
Steak House at the Harbor. We did a sunset dinner cruise and used
the fitness center every day.

This is one of the newest resorts in
Cabo and is in the best location of
any resort. Walk to activities, fine
dining, and nightlife. One of the few
resorts with a swimmable beach.

Floor plans include Studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom suites with
kitchenette, dining area, and living room with pullout couch. Prices are
generally $1050.00 to $2200.00. All rooms have balconies facing the
ocean. As of 7/7/10, the best price available for the summer for a
studio was $229 per night. Prices increased in the fall. This is a great
location.
